Join the only accredited angel network in the State of West Virginia to provide investment opportunities to innovative startups and growth businesses throughout all 55 counties in the State.

CRAN makes memberships and sponsorships available to all, and in doing so, we open the door to join the first accredited angel network in the State of West Virginia. All members, whether investors or not, provide guidance, advisory and mentoring services to companies with which CRAN works; assist with due diligence; and, may participate in pitches. Only those accredited may invest.

Membership types

INDIVIDUAL - Single Family office

Individual: $1,000 annually

Family Office: $1,000 annually for one seat; $2,000 annually for two seats

institutional

Annual dues $2,000 for up to two seats

Also includes foundations

Multi-family office or individual investing on behalf of others

Two seats at each meeting

Industry partner

Corporate: $5,000

Academic Institutions: $2,500

Entities that serve the entrepreneurial community (e.g. accounting firm, law firm, recruiting firm, investment bank)

Two seats at each meeting

Associate Member: Non-Investing

Individual: $500 Corporate: $750

Professionals and individuals in the entrepreneurial ecosystem (e.g. lawyers, accountants, public relations/marketing experts, engineers, financial planners/banking) that desire to support entrepreneurship in WV.

Does not invest directly in companies or have seats at meetings.

Will provide services, mentoring and guidance to companies in CRAN portfolio.

Enterprise Member: Non-Investing

(Chambers of Commerce, Associations, Academic Institution, County and Regional Development Authorities, others)

Members of an enterprise will have ability to participate in meetings, due diligence and other aspects of CRAN’s work:
