CRAN is an angel network, which means member participation in investments are voluntary and no member is obligated to contribute to an investment fund on behalf of the group.

For investors, you must be an accredited investor with the following criteria:

  • Earned income in excess of $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) for each of the prior two years, and reasonable expectation of the same for the current year
  • OR net worth in excess of $1 million, either alone or jointly with a spouse (excluding the value of a primary residence)
